New HTC One supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0

Last year's HTC One, the M7, was great in a lot of ways. But charging speeds weren't exactly its forte. The device arrived just in time to miss out on Qualcomm's Quick Charge technology, which enabled faster charging on some Snapdragon-powered phones. But the new HTC One (M8) is set to enjoy even quicker charging speeds thanks to the device's support for Quick Charge 2.0. Only thing is, you might have to wait to take full advantage of it.
