Samsung puts up Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 for pre-order in the UK

The standard size for larger tablets is 10.1 inches, and so far we haven’t seen anything larger for the Android enthusiast that’s really worth buying. However, Samsung recently announced the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 with an absolutely massive 12.2-inch display. Many people have been waiting a long time to see Samsung release this gigantic device, and now it’s finally up for pre-order in the UK!

With some amazing specs, this tablet is bound to be expensive. It has a 12.2-inch 2560×1600 display, an Exynos 5 Octa core processor, 3GB of RAM, 32 or 64GB of storage with a microSD slot, an 8-megapixel camera and a 9,500 mAh battery. That’s very high-end by my standards. Unfortunately, those features run the price up to £649, or $1074. However, the US price for electronics is usually far lower than the UK price, so we won’t have to pay over a thousand dollars when the Galaxy NotePRO 12.1 reaches the States.

If you’ve been looking for a ginormous Android tablet, this is pretty much your best bet. With such a high price tag, it could be hard to justify, but the though of using the S Pen with such a big screen sounds like heaven to me. What do you think of this device? Is it far too large, or exactly what you need? Leave a comment, and if you are in the UK, go pre-order it!
