Samsung is Reportedly Planning its Own Phone Leasing Program

At Apple's WWDC this year, we learned about a new leasing program that the company was setting up to help make paying full price for a high-end smartphone easier on the consumer. Forbes is reporting that "according to an industry executive", Samsung is currently planning to offer something very similar to its customers in the United States.
