The Huawei P20 lineup is reportedly heading to Canada

The Huawei P20, the P20 Lite, and the P20 Pro aren’t going to launch in the United States due to the intervention of the United States government. But that doesn’t mean the handsets can’t see the light of day in other regions in North America.

Android Central has a report out today that claims that Huawei is bringing the P20, P20 Lite, and P20 Pro to Canadian carriers in mid-May. At the time of publication, Huawei hasn’t confirmed anything just yet, so keep that salt shaker handy just in case.

The three phones will reportedly launch on Bell, Rogers, Telus, Virgin Mobile, Koodo, Videotron, and Fido on May 17. There’s no word on pricing yet, but in Europe the P20 is priced around €680 and the P20 Pro retails for around €900, so if you’re in Canada you can start planning accordingly if any one of these handsets have been on your radar.

If you’re in the U.S. and Huawei was able to launch the P20 series in your neck of the woods, would you pick one up?
