Amazon Echo can now differentiate between users’ voices

Google Assistant can differentiate between different people’s voices on the Google Home. This means that your whole family can use the Home with their own suggestions, accounts, and control. It’s a very useful feature for a device that everyone wants to use.

Amazon is playing catch up, which is a first in the virtual assistant game. The Amazon Echo as well as all of its variants now support multiple voices. Each person will have to do a setup that involves reading 10 phrases to enable this feature.

Devices like the Fire TV and Amazon Tap don’t support voice profiles yet, but improvements and more features will come in the future. Give the new feature a shot and let us know how you like it!
