Apple Wins Another Appeals Court Ruling Against Samsung

In May 2014, it had been decided that Samsung infringed on Apple's patents relating to quick links, auto word correction and slide to unlock functionality. Apple requested that Samsung's products should be banned from sale in the U.S. but Judge Lucy Koh said monetary damages were good enough. After an appeal, Judge Kimberly A. Moore has sided with Apple and agrees that they should have been banned.
